The ladies of Auxiliary Unit 215 provided another great day of food and fun, at the same time raising $3,500 for their Joanne Brady Nurse/Medical Scholarship fund! A packed club room at Post 215 was enticed by 19 chili and soup entries, as well as homemade desserts to top them off.
This is the single biggest fund raiser for the Auxiliary Unit 215 Joanne Brady Scholarship. In 2023, they were able to award 4 scholarships worth $2,500 to graduating future nurse/medical students from Lakeland High School.
This is just one more example of how the American Legion Post 215 Family makes a difference in our community. Well done ladies!
